May 1 – May 7 Come Follow Me Lesson for Kids: Rejoice with Me; for I Have Found My Sheep Which Was Lost

We have multiple lessons for a variety of ages in our digital subscription to help you find what works best for your family. Our goal is to help families come closer to Christ and we’ve worked really hard on providing more options to help families implement Come Follow Me in their home.

Toddler Come Follow Me Activity

1. Sit in a circle with your family. Pass around a beanbag or another small item. When you have the item say something you are grateful for. Go around the circle multiple times. Read or summarize Luke 17:11-19 and color the coloring page.
2. Learn about the 3 parables in John 15. Use the dot pages as you learn about each one. You can fill the dots with cereal, small candies, stickers, or use dot markers.
3. Watch the video about Lazarus being raised from the dead. Make it a fun family movie night by popping popcorn and gathering blankets.

Elementary Come Follow Me Activities

Summary of this week’s Go & Do Family Activity

Learn about faith by reading the stories of Mary, Martha, and Lazarus in John 11:1-46. Compare faith to a seed and help your children plant a seed.

Summary of this week’s Hands-On Learning Activity

Help your children better understand the story of the ten lepers by doing the ten lepers popsicle stick activity. Your children will have fun giving the lepers their leprosy mark and watching Christ heal them. Then help them write a thank you note to someone like a teacher, parent, or friend.

Each week the Come Follow Me Teen Lesson includes 4 discussion questions, a challenge, QR code to a video made by experienced Seminary teachers, and a scripture print to print off and display.
