When you sign up for the subscription you will be prompted to create a username and password. As soon as your subscription purchase is completed you can login to your account with your username and password. Then click on the green “My Membership” box. On the next page click on the “My Lessons” tab. You’ll see a summary of this week’s lessons and links to download the lessons underneath.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Login to your account and click on the green “my membership” box. Then click on the “subscriptions” tab. Then click “view” next to the active subscription. Then click “cancel”.
To change your subscription, Login to your account and click on the green “my membership” box. Then click on the “subscriptions” tab. Then click “view” next to the active subscription. Scroll down until you see the subscription totals section. Then click “change subscription”. On the next page scroll all the way to the bottom and choose the payment frequency you want to change to from the drop down box. Then click on “switch subscription” and complete the checkout process.
The digital membership includes all of our lessons (elementary, toddler, teen, and primary) as well as the monthly merry mail and other bonus materials. These are all easy to download and print from your account.
The workbook includes the elementary and toddler lessons printed in black and white and shipped to you. It also includes access to all of the digital files (elementary, toddler, teen, and primary lessons, merry mail, and bonus materials).
You will have access to the current lessons as soon as you sign up. Once the week is over you can still access the lesson in the “past lessons” tab of your account. You will collect lessons up to 12 months from the time you sign up. Then you will have the lessons on a 12 month rolling system. Once a new one is moved to your past lessons the oldest one will be removed. If you want to download and save the digital files we recommend downloading them as soon as possible so you don’t forget before they’re removed.
We post the lessons at the end of the month for the next upcoming month. For example at the end of January we will post the lessons for February.
We don’t accept returns or exchanges. If you have a problem with your order you can reach out to us at info@comefollowmefhe.com.
We don’t send out past lessons individually. But you can purchase any of the lessons from our shop. If you are a current member you get an automatic 40% off anything in our shop.

Per our terms and agreements you agreed to when subscribing we do not offer refunds. As the subscriber it is your responsibility to cancel your subscription if you no longer would like our services. Monthly subscribers will not be refunded, no exceptions.
If you pay yearly, contact us within 30 days of your renewal charge, and kindly email our customer service info@comefollowmefhe.com. This will be handled on a case by case basis.
If you ordered a physical product, we strive to have those shipped out within 4-7 business days.
If you purchased a digital product you will have immediate access to the download after your payment is processed. You will receive an email with the link to download. If you have an account you can also find your download in the “downloads” section of your account dashboard.
