Come Follow Me Lessons & Activities for Kids

Week 46 | November 7 - November 13

We have multiple lessons for a variety of ages in our digital subscription to help you find what works best for your family. Our goal is to help families come closer to Christ and we’ve worked really hard on providing more options to help families implement Come Follow Me in their home.

Toddler Come Follow Me Activity

Strengthen your testimony this week of the love the Savior has for us.

  1. Read or tell the story in the friend magazine about the father that saved the children in the boat. Just like that father, Jesus can save us. Color the coloring page and make aluminum foil boats.
  2. Show your child a clock. Explain that it tells time and helps us know when to do things like breakfast, play with friends, take a bath etc. Read Hosea 10:12 and explain that it’s always time to turn to the Lord.
  3. Read Joel 2:28-29. Jesus has promised to pour out His spirit to those who choose to follow Him. Set up a water table and use toys that can pour and collect water like spoons and cups.

Eve said without the pain that had happened in her life, she “never should have known good and evil, and the joy of our redemption, and the eternal life which God giveth” (Moses 5:11).

“In the Beginning God Created the Heaven and the Earth”

At the start of each new year, parents plan out activities and events for their family to do during the next 12 months. We hope to make happy memories, build our children’s character, and provide a refuge of emotional and spiritual support during hard times that will inevitably come. We want the best for our family and hope that at the end of the year, we will reflect on how good a year it was.
